Alison Graham
Chief Investment Officer
Alison is the Chief Investment Officer of Voltan Capital Management. For over 20 years, she has allocated assets and managed portfolios on behalf of HNW individuals and institutions. Her work includes defining critical investment themes, allocating capital across global asset classes, managing public equity and fixed income portfolios, sourcing investment opportunities in public and private markets, formalising investment processes and implementing risk management procedures.
Throughout her career, Alison has specialised in industries and countries undergoing rapid transformation. Early in her career, she worked on the restructuring and privatisation of the electric utilities industry in Latin America, a decade-long process wholly transforming the financial and operational sustainability of energy supply across South America.
She later moved to Eastern Europe where, in the 1990-2000s, a similarly fundamental transformation of the economic system was underway. After working for several years on mergers, acquisitions and restructuring in the industrial sector, Alison expanded her remit on behalf of asset owners to international asset allocation, portfolio management and investment strategy.
Her approach is highly detailed, with a keen focus on the operational and risk aspects of any investment.
Alison also sits on the board of directors of Minehub Technologies, a Canadian-listed corporate digitising the $3 trillion global mining and metals supply chain.
